The Dome Project Reflection:
In our elective class we did a project were we had to bulid a dome. My team was Treyon and Javi. We planned how it was going to look like and then what materials we wnated. Then began the buliding. We used cardboard for the base and then bulit the dome on top with foil and popsicles sticks to support it. It was a good dome until we realized that it looked really ugly and not a good site to look at. So then we added colored paper on the sides and blue cloth. The colors we used made it seem like it was an American buliding so we decided to make it a Captain America museum.
I think that my team worked really hard to finish it by the deadline and tak the nesscary breaks so that we don't go crazy because we are just looking at one thing for a whole class period. We got our materials together and finished our work. So I would say that my team was very successful and got a good grade. I liked how we actually got to bulid something our engineering class. It was fun to learn and bulid about domes.
In conclusion, I had a lot of fun doing this project. And if I could go back and change soemthing it would be to make the dome bigger and make sure it is actually visiable. Like it is noticable. It turned out like a dome ,but it was hard to see what was actaully the dome because we had added a smaller dome on top to make it have a cooler design instead of having a plain dome. We met the all the requirments and in the end it was a fun project.
